Here are two ideas for inserting the iCards into your emails if you use Outlook:
1. Insert iCard directly into your email:On the toolbar at the top of Outlook, click “Insert” and click “Picture”. Click the “Browse” button and select the iCard you want to insert. Click “Open”. Click “OK”. Then holding down your shift key as you grab one of the corners of the iCard, re-size the card to any size you like. (Holding the shift key re-sizes the card proportionally.)
2. Insert iCard into a Word document and then cut and paste into your email:Open a Word document.On the toolbar at the top, click “Insert”, select “Picture” and click “From File”.Click the iCard you wish to insert and click “Insert”.Then holding down your shift key as you grab one of the corners of the iCard, re-size the card to any size you like. (Holding the shift key re-sizes the card proportionally.) On the toolbar at the top, click “Edit” and click “Select All”. The iCard will be highlighted.On the toolbar at the top, click “Edit” and click “Copy”.In your email, click the “Paste” icon on the toolbar.
Personalize any iCard with your contact information to include your name, title, company name, address, email, website, logo and 150 character message (optional). Logo needs to be in a .jpeg format.
